Google already launched its newest product in the public, its called "Google Instant". And they claimed the that searching will be faster than the speed of type. And I know that this is a big news for seo consultants because Google Instant may or may not affect the relativity of the search queries. By just typing a part of a word or phrase google will show the results without hitting the 'enter' button, or even pushing the 'search' button. It will save you time for searching what you need and also gives you fresh results with the help of Google Caffeine.

Here is a video of an antroduction to Google Instant:

We do know that Google recently changed its indexing system to "Google Caffeine" from its former one, whats the name of the former one? That I don't know. But one thing is certain, that this will change they way websites rank on a keyword in which SEOs optimizes. But first, what is Caffeine?

Caffeine is the new indexing system of Google that provides fresher and faster results compared to the old indexing system. Which also means website rankings, blog posts, forum posts & published news changes rapidly over a short peroid of time. And this has been in the news since last year, that SEOs & internet marketers will have a new pain in the a.. coming their way. I remember Matt Cutts saying "create quality contents" but now I wonder if he will say "create latest quality contents". Caffeine does not only show us text results this time, it show also provide other types of contents like, videos (from youtube) and contents from social networks like twitter and facebook.

Caffeine is already in effect and many businesses are affected by it. Business websites who rely from search engines suffer from a fall in rankings which causes a decrease in traffic. New contents are pushed up while old contents ae pulled down. Now one question that may arise is "what if the no new content for the website? will its ranking continue to go down?".

We are still in the early phase of the implementation, we will see more changes in the upcoming days/months. Others may resort to creating a blog section for their websites in order to publish new and fresh contents so the the googlebot may pick it up.

By the way, its not the indexing system that they changed. Google also updated its algorithm (they always do).

Creating an objective for campaigns gives us a guide of whether our strategies are successful or not, are still on course not. And so it is imperative that we set our goals properly so that we can have a clear view of what would likely to happen to our marketing campaigns. Having no goal is like competing in a marathon and you don''t know where the finish line is. But setting up a goal has a systematic process or guideline that we should follow not just like buying what we want from a store. And that is where SMART will take place, it is an acronym of five words that will guide us in our decision making process.

What does SMART stand for?

Specific - A specific goal is a more targeted approach of choosing what your objective may be because it can be easier to achieve rather than using a general goal. We can compare this to having a long-tail keyword, long-tail keywords may be easier to rank with rather than targeting head keywords.

Measurable - Create a method or criteria to measure your improvements as you go towards your goal. Doing so will keep you on track of your projects and this will be your warning device if you are on the verge of a down hill path. (failure)

Attainable - This will help you know what goal is the most important to you thus being your priority which you will begin think of ways to make them come true. Doing this will also make you realize what are your traits, attitude, strengths as well as your weaknesses.

Realistic - Being realistic will determine if your goals are specific, attainable time-bounded. It may be hard to achieve but it is still possible to do. Insane objectives will likely turn into a failure accompanied by disappointment.

Time-bounded - Make sure you have set a certain time-frame for your projects because this will help you measure the progress of your work. Having no exact date will make it look like you''re disinterested in your client''s campaign.

Having a clear and precise goal is your key to success, its also assurance that your marketing efforts will not go to waste. You should make at least 10 clear objectives and choose which is the most important that you should work on first. Work for it, analyze your progress and see which one still need to focus on.
